Our Promise

We want you and your little one to love your order. Because we sell baby and children's items, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, sizing or preference.

Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us at info@mybibble.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item.

We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.
